I met Barbara a couple of years back at a photographer/model collab event.
Since then, we’ve worked together a handful of times, and every time has been wonderful.
Barbara is an extremely talented model & actress with an artist’s heart. She isn’t afraid to step out of her comfort zone, and she is always encouraging everyone to keep making art!
One thing I adore about Barbara is her fierce love of supporting those of us who are of a certain age, especially in the modeling world, where that can be challenging.
And by support, I mean, why the hell wouldn’t you hire someone who is older??
Because, this almost 52 year old photographer isn’t getting any younger, but she sure as hell is getting hotter.
There’s a confidence that comes with age, and nothing against being young, but there is something so juicy and delicious about aging.
If you embrace it.
And I love seeing Barbara blaze that trail, looking absolutely fabulous, while doing so.

No skin smoothing.
No wrinkle removing (why remove the lines of your story?!)
Nada.

Okay, now about the bags: didn’t I say she’s an artist?!
She hand sews these one-of-a-kind bags using the most lucious vintage fabrics from @the.last.great
The bags are made from sustainable materials and since they’re unique, if you see one you love – contact her! Or it’ll be gone.
I have one of her bags and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received!
And it’s not just about compliments (but I’m a Leo so yes it is).
The bags are cute, sturdy, and hold quite a bit.
