Over the Spring, I connected with the lovely Grafeltics folks, who were looking for some photos of their recent collection they created for @sacrepublicfc
They decided to come to Sac and use the stadium as backdrop because they wanted to connect the pieces to the place.
That, and, the owner’s wife grew up in Davis and some of their close friends live right in Sac.
So they brought their family and invited their friends to come along and be models for the moment.
The session was laid-back, and personal:
sort of a family & friends shoot with a dash of brand photography.
And this Spring day was one of those surprise almost Summer-like days. You know the ones, where you’re not sure you are quite ready for that kinda heat yet but the Sac Sun does not care and continues to beam on! 🥵☀️
The kids (and adults) were all absolute troopers, they stood in that spicy weather and modeled their hearts out.
You would not know, looking at these images, that everyone was this close to melting.
I also get super excited when there’s a deep connection to products and the people that make them.
I love that they have such a personal thread weaving Sacramento and sac republic seamlessly into their own business story.
