2. Choose a local photographer and have every employee/team member head to their studio for a headshot.
Keeping within the same Photo Guidelines for each person, as well as using the same photographer, when available, means you’ll get the same consistent results regardless of when each person has their headshot taken.
3. If you’re planning an event, seminar, employee gathering, or convention, where a large majority of your employees/team members will be in attendance, that is a great time to plan to set up headshots for all.
Keeping a consistent and authentic look across the board is important.
